Additional Progams

Outside of all our standard financing options, we also offer options for very specific uses. These options are based around one need rather than providing general capital. This route often comes with a much different review process that doesn't necessarily require clients to check off every typical box, but rather check off the boxes closely associated with the unique program they're aiming for.

Each option has it's own set of guidelines and review processes tailored to its own function and the loan risk.

Overview

Invoice Factoring

Clients provide the lender with specific invoice information for jobs the client has completed and not yet been paid on. The lender then pays the invoice amount to the client at a small premium. The invoice or invoices now belong to the lender. So when the invoiced company pays it, they pay the full amount to the lender.

Floor Planning

Typically used in item sales, floor planning requires the lender to purchase items from manufacturers or auctions those items are then given to the client and as the items sell, the client pays the lender the financed amount on that specific unit. The items themselves serve as the loans collateral.

Equipment Financing

Companies looking to purchase specific equipment go to the lender and explain what they are looking to purchase and how much it costs. The lender then pays the vendor and the equipment is given to the client who will then make monthly payments back to the lender. Once the full balance is paid off, the client owns the equipment outright.

Purchase Order Financing

Purchase order financing focuses on helping clients fulfill one specific order that it otherwise couldn't complete. The lender will review the specific order and then pay the client the amount needed to complete that order. Once the client's customer pays for the order, the client then pays back the lender.

Hard Money Loan

Hard money loans are loans where the lender will use an asset from the client as collateral for the loan. This requires the client to have an asset (almost always property) that is clearly valued at a majority of the loan amount and is owned outright by the client. Compared to traditional asset based loans, this program mainly focuses on the asset value itself rather than the clients business revenue.

Credit Card Processing

Provides a cleaner, more straight forward and often cheaper way for clients to receive credit card payments from their customers. Our processors offer extremely fast payouts, industry leading technology and specialized client support ensuring the smoothest way to manage business flow.
